Introduction to Sample Garment and Stock System
We have always been focused on addressing user experience issues. To enhance this, we will integrate the simulation display system with the inventory system. This information will be stored and linked through QR code stickers attached to each fabric piece. For brochure-style swatch cards, the QR code will be centralized within the card.
By scanning the QR code next to the fabric number on the swatch card, users can access the system to view the inventory and sample garment status of the corresponding fabric.
Each fabric will have images of sample garments and inventory details:
If in stock, it will be marked in green as: "available".
If out of stock, it will be marked in red as: "out of stock", along with an estimated restock date.
While fabrics may occasionally experience short-term stock shortages, we assure our customers that all sold-out fabrics will be replenished promptly.
