MOCK LENO is a fabric with a very distinctive texture and structure. During production, there are several important points to note. We will also add these instructions to your order, but please be aware of them and ensure the factory follows the recommendations.

It is necessary to use matching lining and pocketing fabric to prevent the lining color from showing through under strong light.
It is recommended not to use chest canvas, or to modify the chest canvas construction, in order to avoid fiber leakage/padding migration.

For trouser production: although this mesh fabric has relatively high strength and good abrasion resistance, its structure is relatively loose. It is recommended to reinforce overlocking and stitching processes, and increase seam allowance to reduce yarn slippage issues.

Due to the loose weaving structure of the mesh fabric, shrinkage under high temperature or when exposed to water will be higher compared to tightly woven fabrics such as worsted cloth. It is recommended to leave sufficient fabric allowance and/or carry out pre-shrinking before production.
